The project entailed the complete building services design of phase 2 and 3 of the refurbishment of this facility. Phase 2 comprised of a link building containing bedrooms. Phase 3 comprised of the complete refurbishment of the original historic building. Services provided included new central plant, LPHW heating installation, hot and cold water services, fire protection, complete feature lighting installation of historic spaces.

The project entails the complete engineering services design for this advanced healthcare facility in Swords, Co Dublin. Notable features of the project include an extensive air conditioning installation as well as a ISO Class 8 bioscience cleanroom. The project is currently in construction.
