The project entailed the complete refurbishment including the replacement of all mechanical and electrical services in this heavily used multi-purpose facility which is a mixture of community and commercial spaces. The refurbishment also included for the maintenance of the onsite Creche (25% of the building) during refurbishment including refurbishment of the Creche without interrupting the operation of the facility.

Detailed design of heating, ventilation, water services, electrical installations, lighting & emergency lighting, fire protection & wastes services to this large campus development comprising large auditorium, listed residence, educational / meeting building, extensive car parking, amenity lighting and caretaker residence. The social building contained a restaurant and kitchen area. The site is located in parkland adjoining the River Liffey and is centred on Esker House, a listed building. The development is phased over a number of years. A notable feature of this project was the specialist lighting design to accommodate the local Bat population.
